Availability of NetSuite Cash 360
Cash 360 is exclusively available for NetSuite Classic and NetSuite Accounting Centers. It can be accessed in all languages that NetSuite supports.
Pre-requisites for Cash 360
- Verify that there are no access limitations on subsidiaries.

- Enable Multiple Currencies.
- Check the Invoice Approval Routing preference box under Accounting Preferences.

Exclusive User Dashboard Experience
With Cash 360, users enjoy a personalized Dashboard Experience. This grants exclusive access to a dashboard showcasing cash forecasts, receivables, payables, and the organization’s available bank balance. Additionally, users can find links to access transactions, records, and reports, along with an aging pie chart for in-depth analysis.
However, it’s essential to note that the default view on the Cash 360 dashboard is always tailored to the currently logged-in user’s subsidiary. To view data from another subsidiary, users need to select the subsidiary option in the upper right corner of the page.
Limitations
Each Suite App has its limitations, and NetSuite Cash 360 is no exception:
- It can accommodate a maximum of 1,000 Chart of Accounts per single category.
- Displays only up to 100 transactions at once on the screen for forecasted Accounts Receivable and Payable.
- The CSV Export feature is limited to 40,000 rows and a maximum file size of 10 MB.
- The navigation menu available for NetSuite 360 is in English only.
- Certain transactions from tax editions in the UK, US, Japan, Australia, and International are not yet available with this feature.
- Memorized Transactions are not supported.
The critical point to remember is that access to the Cash 360 Suite App is granted only if your subsidiary remains active. If the subsidiary is inactive, access to Cash 360 is restricted. Consequently, the Net Balance is calculated as the total forecasted inflow amount minus the total forecasted outflow amount.
