Summary

We are a CPA firm seeking an experienced NetSuite consultant to assist with an urgent merger integration project.

Our client already has one company operating in NetSuite. They recently merged another company with four entities that are currently on QuickBooks. We need help moving those four QuickBooks entities into NetSuite and aligning them with the existing NetSuite setup.

We are working on a very tight timeline and need someone who can jump in quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Review the current NetSuite structure.
• Assist with the chart of accounts mapping from QuickBooks to NetSuite.
• Advice on new entity/subsidiary setup.
• Help with importing opening balances and other financial data.
• Assist with intercompany structure and conversion issues
  Support tie-out and validation after import.

Qualifications:

• Direct NetSuite implementation experience
• Experience migrating from QuickBooks to NetSuite
• Multi-entity experience
• Strong accounting knowledge
• Ability to work quickly and communicate clearly
