Summary

We are seeking a Finance Analyst with strong NetSuite expertise to review, enhance, and optimize our financial reporting environment. This role is critical in ensuring accurate, insightful, and scalable financial reporting to support strategic decision-making.

You’ll work closely with finance leadership and system stakeholders to analyze current reports, identify gaps, and implement improvements within NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities
- Review existing financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for accuracy and structure.
- Analyze and improve NetSuite saved searches and financial reports.
- Identify inconsistencies, data gaps, and reporting inefficiencies
Build and maintain custom financial reports and dashboards in NetSuite.
- Support month-end close reporting and variance analysis.
- Ensure proper segmentation (class, department, location, etc.) is reflected in reporting.
- Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to align reporting with business needs.
- Recommend best practices for scalable financial reporting architecture.

Required Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
- Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite.
- Deep understanding of:
       - Financial statements.
       - Reporting structures.
       - General ledger and transaction flows.
- Experience building:
       - Saved Searches.
       - Custom Reports.
       - Dashboards.
       - Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, data analysis).

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with NetSuite advanced features:
- Financial report customization.
- Segmentation (Class, Department, Location).
- Familiarity with:
       - Revenue recognition (ARM).
       - Multi-subsidiary environments.
       - Experience optimizing reporting for executive-level insights.
