Summary

We are a NetSuite Alliance Partner supporting an existing client, Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) for NetSuite (NSAR).

We are looking for a part-time consultant for ongoing support for Oracle NetSuite Account Reconciliation (NSAR/ARCS). This role will collaborate with our NetSuite ERP team and client stakeholders to streamline the reconciliation and close process.

Responsibilities
•    Configure Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS/NSAR).
•    Assist with maintenance of reconciliation templates, profiles, and rules.
• Troubleshot integration between NSAR and NetSuite ERP (data sources, trial balance imports, mappings).
•    Training updates with the client as needed.
•    Deliver best practice guidance for monthly/quarterly reconciliation.
•    Proven hands-on experience implementing Oracle ARCS/NSAR.
•    Strong background in financial close, consolidation, and reconciliation.
•    Experience integrating ARCS/NSAR with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
•    Expertise in configuring reconciliation rules, workflows, and reporting.
•    Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
•    CPA or finance/accounting background strongly preferred.
•    Availability for a 2-3 month contract, remote with occasional client interaction.
